Hello :D

Went to Pavilion park there to jog with Zihui.
Manage to jog all the way to somewhere near choa chu kang there,without stopping :D:D
Super tiring,but I feel soooo accomplished today (:(:(:
Pray the upcoming jogging(s) will have such standard,please..

And and,my weight still remain the same (:(:
Not bad,but slim down alittle more will be better,which is quite tough la.
